This week I take a different type of TrainLink, a bus from Tamworth to Dubbo. This Transport NSW bus makes the journey between the 2 regional cities just 4 hours instead of the day and a half by train via Sydney. So I thought I’d go for a ride to see what it’s like. Video is live Friday 7pm ADST

Tomorrow at 6pmAEST/8amBST I take a local train from Bangkok to Nong Khai then cross over the border and to the Laos capital Vientiane. Believe it or not I took 5 modes of transport to get there! 🛤️

I recently went for a ride on KAI’s Luxury Sleeper, from Yogyakarta to Jakarta. This seat was more like you would find in an aircraft than a train, and the service was amazing too. Take a look and let me know what you think in the comments. Would you take this train??

The I checked out of my hotel at 11am this morning, waited 4 hours for a van, took 3 different vans to get here, waited another 4 hours here and now have a 12 hour train ride photo 😃
