Why you get rejected even after making a UX case study?
Following a template blindly:
The problem and solution should demand what steps you followed for your case study. You don't follow steps because a template says so...
Not showing iterations:
A good UX designer always iterates after feedback. Not having iterations can mean unwillingness to care user feedback.
Wireframes are simply black and white of final UI:
Any design hiring manager would immediately know that the wireframes have been done after doing the final UI, just for the sake of it.
Explaining only WHAT instead of WHY:
Internet definitions of fancy a
UX step would not explain how that step has helped in solving problems.
Presenting only the success story:
I get it. Our system only cared for successes. But in UX, many experiments fail and we course correct..

How many times have you heard about this?
" is all about how it looks! " and " is about how it works"
It's time to wake up from this and learn that is not just about how it looks
Designing for looks a.k.a visual design is an important part of but..
also includes designing for interfaces and associated as well
Viewing is only one type of interaction. What about hearing and touching? These are also interactions and a need to take care of these as well.
Therefore, it's not about iconography, typography and color
A has to take care of interactions and accessibility as well
So, is also about "hot it works

Stop doing fake wireframes!!
Artificial and fake wireframes can get you rejected.
We don't wireframe just for the "sake" of creating a wireframe
Then when do UX designers genuinely wireframe?
Whenever there is a need to go from ambiguity to clarity!
We start with very rough wireframes when itâs a vague idea..
Then our wireframes get better with every stage of research and validation.
Only if you have naturally used the process of wireframing to ideate, showcase it in your case study.
But if you fake it, you wonât make it!
Comment your opinion on wireframe

Will technology replace UX design jobs tomorrow?
Technology can replace existing tools and practises.
Technology can replace existing mediums.
But what technology cannot do is to empathise with people.
For example if you identify just as a person who is good with a trending design tool.
Your work will be replaced because the tool will be replaced by better technology.
But.
If you identify as a person who will solve problems by empathising with people with whatever tool which allows you to do so.
You are job is not going anywhere.
Therefore be good at what only a human can do and technology can never replace your work

Overwhelmed by
looking at a lot of & terminology?
You see a lot of processes and a lot of terminology and feel:
"I am so confused, bro!"
Let me tell you something which will settle you down a lot.
Nobody, I repeat, nobody knows all the UX processes out there.
It's not even possible!
Then as UX professionals, how are they able to create impact without knowing all processes?
They understand one simple truth based on which all UX processes are built
"What is it, bro?"
"I am NOT the user, I don't know what works for the users. Let me experiment and figure out!"
All the processes boil down to that one simple line
"Really bro?"
Do one thing:
Pick any UX process and think how it relates back to that line .Your realizations will be priceless!!

You think you have an option...? đ€
At least, that's what .vamsi felt and made this meme! đ€Ł
After 5 minutes of struggle, I was lazily opening my eyes, to the calendar
notification.
I just then realized that the report submission was at 11 am. If I
submitted the report in that 'just 5 mins more work remaining!' state, I would
get an "Oh" look from my manager. You all know that look.
As I was rushing to the office, I heard more than 9 pings. With that âwho the.. đ€Źâ
look on my face, I pulled out the phone from my pocket. It was Kumar.
I have already postponed calling him 4 times. This time, I have to find time in the
evening.
It is usually at these times that my car realizes that it also wants to rub salt to
my already overwhelmed brain.
It started beeping on my face that it had been
a week since the last date for car service.
As I was waiting for the lift to reach the 33rd floor, stopping 11 times to the
floors in between, I was wondering when will I get time to practice âShape of
you' on my piano and go to the trek I was planning for a long time.
We often find ourselves in these overwhelming situations where we have a lot of things to do, but we end up doing nothing!
This video is about what I do to come out of these kinds of situations and find
out the one thing I have to do at one point of time.
"My are not accepting my in a , they are not getting convinced" is a common doubt which people ask after finishing their interviews.
Well here is the right with respect to
