UC San Francisco, the San Francisco Building and Construction Trades Council (BCTC), and Herrero Boldt Webcor (HBW) announced a Community Workforce Agreement (CWA) that will promote collaboration between the University, labor unions and construction firms during the construction of the new hospital at UCSF Helen Diller Medical Center at Parnassus Heights. The $3 Billion project is expected to create 1,000 construction jobs. We’re proud to be part of this project.
