For this one I went for something a bit different. As for Switzerland there’s a huge amount of open data, I used the official one for train, cable cars and ferry lines (for these I included lines in neighbouring countries to preserve the shapes); for buses, I used data from osm (and you can see some gaps here and there where I had problems with tags).
