So, gyms will be opening on 25th July, which is exciting for some, and not others.

There are a few people who just don't feel comfortable in a gym setting, and lack the confidence to join. I completely understand how it feels to feel like this, as it has happened to me in the past. That is why I have decided to reach out to those who are in this boat with no confidence in the gym, and need to lose body fat.

We can do this with tweaks to food intake and simple home workouts.

This is a 1-to-1 service, with a personalised training plan, nutrition advice and, most importantly, accountability!

In the next few days, I will be releasing this newest package called Xceed Phoenix!

How to work out your calories.⁣

1. Think about how active you are. Are you sedentary, lightly active, moderately active etc.⁣

2. Go to the Xceed Fitness UK website, or type in calorie calculator into Google.⁣

3. Input a few bits of information, like height, weight etc.⁣

4. You will get a result for what calories you need for your goal (weight loss, weight gain).⁣

5. Finally, stick to those calories for at least 3 weeks!

In all walks of life, if we don't push ourselves to get out of our comfort zone, we will never grow as a person. ⁣

Just like our muscles. If they are not pushed far enough, they will not grow.

Consistency is key!

You don't have to do anything fancy, just doing something consistently will guide you towards your goals.

Even going out for a walk each day is better than nothing at all!

So today, why not start off with a walk around the block, or even your back garden for half an hour?

So today I have some stretches for you to try for the upper body!

Starting on the neck, lean it to one side and gently pull with your hand until you feel the stretch.

For triceps, put one hand down the centre of your back as far as you can, using the other hand to push down on the elbow.

Next, our shoulders. Reach one arm across your chest, meanwhile the other arm goes underneath to pull it closer towards you. Try not to pull on the shoulder joint while doing this.

Upper back. Keeping your back as straight as you can, cup your hands and reach them out as far in front of you as you can. Then, slowly bring your head down to increase it.

Next on the list is our wrists. put one arm out in front of us with your palm up. Use the other hand to grab your fingers and pull your wrist towards you.

And finally, the chest. Rest your palms on the lower part of your spine, and then squeeze your shoulder blades together. Think of it as trying to touch each elbow together!

And thats it! Hope they are useful!
