Angels π this weekend . What a turning point. I am enough, I have always been enough. For some I forgot who I was, tricked into thinking I wasn't enough or made to feel I was too much. All to break me down to control my enoughness! Remember you are always enough for you and yours. Better to be alone, than ....... (you can fill in the blanks). Mindful practice doesn't need details it works with you to find your own π‘ Aha moment. Have an amazing Sunday Mindful reminder: Let the thoughts come and go , give them grace, have grace for those you hurt or continue to hurt you their behaviour is on them, not you. Make those memories , laugh out loud. Keep things simple don't judge others, what is meant for you is already yours. All your wishes and dreams have come true π
2024, May you continue to be mindfully guided, guarded, protected and directed to play your perfect role(s) in the most wonderful play titled 'life'. Remember the only control you have is stopping the universe's will. Look, notice and listen well with presence. π

We are In the Midst of life everyday. It can feel really lonely. It is an interesting journey of ups and downs, ebbs and flows. Resilience that is unshakeable is a billionaires secret to success. The ability to bounce back. To get back up and even reinvent oneself in the face of adversity is priceless! Funny though, People are often judged for their resilience! Everyone has an opinion, and that's ok. They say what doesn't kill you makes you stronger! You don't know how strong you are until strength is all you have! We are taught to be strong. I also now know there is a strength in asking for help, from the right people. Not everyone wants you to bounce back! Many may not want you to do better than they are doing. Just like many friends and followers are FBI! π. Remember we can all build self esteem and say we are the best and believe it. But when the chips are down make sure you and yours also have resilience tools to pick oneself up to become the best again and unapologetically do it as often as needed! π€ Resilience RocksππΎ

Talking seems to be the most radical thing we can do these days......a struggle shared is a struggle halved # # #
E is for Embodiment. The dictionary defines βto embodyβ as βmaking visible,β and for me that is exactly what our bodies and movement do. We all have bodies and we are always moving, even if it is just breathing. Our movement and body makes visible all of who we are: our mood, personality, history, family, and culture.
We are embodied beings. From the moment we are born our bodies are essential to our learning, growth and relationships with others. Throughout our lives, our bodies and movements communicate much more clearly than our words. As an educator, physiologist and mindfulness teacher I am continually awed by the wisdom that results from listening and paying attention to our bodiesβ wisdom by 'sensing in' to our whole self, inner and outer world.
For most of us today, disconnecting from our bodies and movement is often our default. We privilege our thoughts and minds, without being curious about their relationship to the rest of who we are. Doing this, we end up feeling out of balance with our community, our world, ourselves and each other. Try it today ask yourself
How does my mind feel? How does my body feel? Have a wonderful embodied week π€
E is for equanimity. Mindfulness in the Midst! Calmness and composure. 'I accept both the good and the bad with equanimity' Equanimising is exhausting but I'm trying is all I can say, baby steps!

All livings beings are connected. In caring for another, we learn to care for thyself. We go Farther together! Nurturing through Nature is a wonderful way my son got to mindfully hone his bottle feeding and caring skills.
