थोड़े से पानी ने महासागर के खारेपन का विरोध कर दिया । महासागर ने पानी को अंजुली में भरकर हवा में उछाल दिया और हवा से कहा इसे बाँध लो । हवा ने पानी को बाँधा और वह छोटी-छोटी बूँद बन गया । बूँद शायद बँधी हुई है इसलिए बूँद है । पानी का यह रूप पहले से आकर्षक था । महासागर ने सूर्य से कहा - हे सूर्य अपना ताप बढ़ा और इन इन बूँदों को नष्ट कर दे। भले ही मैं सूख जाऊँ यह बूँदे नही रहने चाहिए ।
सूर्य थोड़ा और लाल हो गया और बूँदे वाष्प बन गई । या यो कहे वे बहुत छोटी बूँदों में टूटकर बादल बन गई । अब वे पहले से भी आकर्षक थी । अब वे धरती पर बरस कर नदियों का समर्थन लेकर पुनः महासागर जा रही हैं । खारेपन का विरोध करने ।

Singori or singodi is one of the famous desserts in Uttarakhand. This dessert is wrapped in malu leaf (kind of creeper plant) which is found in slopes of Uttarakhand. If you ever visit Uttarakhand, do try this sweet. Initially khoya, cardamom and sugar were the main ingredients but later on people started adding grated coconut to enhance the taste.
The reason for using malu leaf is that it smells like condensed milk.
