In a world obsessed with counting calories and following rigid meal plans, it's time for a fresh perspective on nutrition!

After years of coaching, we’ve witnessed countless clients eager to dive into the nitty-gritty of countering calories, tracking macros and specific meal timing, but they often miss the crucial building blocks of healthy eating - the habits associated with and surrounding their meals.

DELOAD WEEK 🥶

We will be implementing a training deload from Monday 9th October - Saturday 14th of October

This marks the start of week 5 of this current training cycle, and we have been progressively increasing volume and intensity over the last 4 weeks. This gives us an opportunity to allow the mind and body to recover before we get back to our progressions for another 4 weeks!

If you have recently joined our program in the past week and you don't quite feel like deloading just yet go by feel.

Changes to the programme that you will notice this week:

- A reduction in intensity, particularly with some of our 'heavier' movement priorities this cycle.

- Changes in exercise selection, especially for exercises which we have been progressively linearly over the last 5 weeks. Some fun new exercises for us to play with!

- Increased reps and lower intensities. I want you to focus on 'the pump' vs 'the load' this week! This will give our CNS a chance to recover!

- Higher 'RIR's. RIR refers to 'Repetitions in Reserve'. In a nutshell, I want you to stay further away from failure this week!

BREATHE 💦

Here at breathing aka conditioning is a staple in our approach to fitness.

We BREATHE 3 x per week. Monday, Thursday & Saturday.

Currently Saturday is a full conditioning day.

Priority is ruining. We are alternating weekly between isolated running intervals 1000m repeats and longer mixed AMRAPS.
