That’s one dirty burn chamber, hard to tell in the picture but 3 of the 5 head studs are broken off

For those of you that think Biden will be a better fit for America, if you own a business or are an employee, this will effect your bottom dollar, I am supporting Trump 💯, he is what our country needs

Gotta love boilers installed by installers that never have serviced one, yes that’s the front of the boiler 6” away from the wall, and yes the intake and exhaust come out nothing like the manual says to install, that is the intake on the top, I’ll post some more pictures after it’s clean

Went to restaurant to fix the water heater and noticed the recric pump and the little strap on sensor

Installed a 1-1/4” Moen Flo valve on a 2” water main, Moen claims it won’t hurt the water flow to the house

Installed another Moen Flo valve

Installed a Moen Flo valve on the main water line of my family’s cabin, it’s pretty amazing what this does, not only can I turn on and off the water from my phone but it tells you the water pressure, temperature and the gallons per minute

This is what happens when you leave a hose on your outside hose bib over the winter, it freezes and breaks inside the house but only leaks when you turn the water on outside, remember you remove your hose next fall

This has to be one of the worst burn chambers and burner I’ve ever seen, it’s a Triangle Tube 110, but the problem was the intake and exhaust was piped backwards and not being serviced regularly @ Richmond, Utah
