Disclaimer:
I am using a heavier load/plate because I am an expirienced weight lifter. If you are a beginner please start with very minimal load/plate or much better mag start ka nalang muna using bar without any weights on it. In that way you can practice first the proper position ans technique on how to do this exercises.
It is very important to know the proper way using weights, or else it can cause you a bad injury.

We did together the low carb lifestyle for almost or exactly a year na. Sorry honestly Im not pretty sure na talaga kelan namin inumpisahan ng talagang decided na. Kase we started it like sept. 2019 but its like we are not yet serious about it. Pero after few weeks nung makita namin changes, dun talaga namin pinursigi at ginawang official eating lifestyle at hindi diet ang low carb.
I never forced him nor asked him to do a diet. He decided it by hisself and Im so glad about it. Kase I dont wanna force anyone to change something in his/her life, kung yung mismong taong gusto kong tulungan is hindi decided sa positibong pagbabago sa kalusugan at sa buhay niya.
As what I say at katulad ng iba pang mga nag.iinspire at may knowledge about healthy lifestyle.
"We can give hundreds of advices sa tamang proseso ng pagpapayat at pagiging fit and healthy, pero sa bandang huli its the persons decision (IT'S YOUR OWN DECISION) kung anu ba ang gusto mo".

Remember prevention is better than cure!😊 wag mong intayin na balang araw kelangan mo ng gamot everyday para sa maintenance ng high blood, diabetes at kung anu anu pang chronic na sakit.😊

Its all so worth it! I was a track and field athlete way back from Gradeschool till College. Payat naman po ako those time kase hard training everyday.
But I never achieved a Body like this, kase I eat too much carb like (kanin & white bread) at walang desiplina. And Im proud to say now Im 32 of age at NGAYON hindi nako atleta, trainor nalang ako ng mga bata, work out work out nalang kapag may time. I do consistent HOME TRAINING (which takes 20 to 60mins. of my time in a day, depende sa routine ko)
And ofcourse what help me is LOW CARB LIFE STYLE.
I achieve my body goal. I tried alot of diets isa na ang plant base, but I stopped it kase MASAKIT sa BULSA and yung outcome sa katawan ko is, yung katawan na I dont prefer at all. My body was payat on plant base diet, but I didnt look fit, unlike with LC I really achieve my Body goal.
Anyways DISCLAIMER po Im not saying po na plant base is not good ha! Its a healthy diet, pero hindi po lang po tlaga sya para sakin😊 we have different preferences naman po.
REMEMBER po ITS NOT A MAGIC! na in TWO WEEKS MAY ABS OR SEXY PWET KAGAD. IT TAKES TIME and CONSISTENCY po🤗 AND if ur consistent having an LOW CARB LIFESTYLE, I assure you in TWO WEEKS bawas ang timbang mo!

The more na iiwasan natin pagkain ng kanin the more na mag.crave tayo. Kaya in every meal 1/2 - 1 Cup of rice in a day hindi naman masama, especially if nag wo.work out ka na.
