River-Song is a lovely van very well looked after, Willerby Mistral 2017, 3 bedroom 35 x 12 ft caravan. Which features full central heating, double glazing and gas fire in the lounge.
We are Situated on a parkdean site, Valley Farm in Clacton-on-sea, Essex. Which is just a 5 minute drive to the beach. Clacton Pier won Pier of the Year 2020.

We have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, ironing board and iron. There is also a hoover and cleaning products under the sink, Everything you need for a short or long stay.

There are 3 bedrooms 1 double with brand new mattress, dressing table with mirror and a hairdryer supplied. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have 2 single beds in each with wardrobe and mirror on wall.

There is also a double pull out sofa bed in the lounge.

Outside you have a patio area with table and chairs.

Entertainment passes for facilities can be purchased at reception, along with Wi-fi packages available from the park reception so you can connect all your gadgets.

You will need to provide your own bedding and towels.

No smoking including e ci******es allowed in the caravan.

No pets allowed.
