Hi, I'm Nikki!
Whether you're looking for someone to be involved in every detail of your big day, or you have all the details hashed out and you just need someone to execute it all, I'd love to help you out!
What a PERFECT day for a wedding. Kelly's smile says it all. Their day was what wedding dreams are made of. β€οΈ So thankful to be a part of it.
What an amazing evening celebrating this SWEET COUPLE. Thanks to an incredible team of vendors their day was a dream!
Lindsey & Joey π One of my favorite floral designs of the year! Lindsey and Joey wanted to have their reception in the heart of downtown Fredericksburg where they live, work, and Brock's Riverside Grill was the perfect place to have it!! We covered the beautiful waterfront reception space with soft colors and LOTS of flowers, which was Lindsey's vision, and it did not disappoint! The beauty of the flowers was definitely overshadowed by the joy of the day. And we were thrilled to be a part of it all!!!

Morgan and Will's wedding at Airlie was stunning. Simple, elegant, timeless black and white. Parasols, garden ceremony, candles, big beautiful floral pieces, LOTS of laughing, and so much love, made the day unforgettable. We were honored to design and coordinate it all.

I am STILL thinking about this bouquet! Allison and Blake your day was so much fun and filled with the sweetest personal touches! The custom shoes, Downtown Fredericksburg street signs instead of table numbers, and all the homemade details by the moms! I was HERE FOR IT ALL. And we had a lot of fun creating the florals, coordinating the day, and decorating it all!
Thanks to all the fabulous vendors!

Rebekah and Jordan's wedding day. π. was such a fun bride to work with she had an incredible vision for exactly how she wanted her day to look. She planned every detail and then allowed me to help her choose the florals to complete the design. The fun twist to this day was that I got to teach a crash course in floral design to Rebekah and all her bridesmaids, and they made their own bouquets and ceremony arrangements with the exception of the bride, if you know me, you know I could never relinquish that honor. π
π But those girls knocked it out of the park!! And the vision came to life flawlessly even with the clouds. I can't get enough of the pictures! All the vendors were a TOP NOTCH team. It was an amazing day from beginning to end!

Happy National Wedding Planning Day to all my fellow wedding planners and all of you brides and mother's of brides out there doing ALL the things! Who knew this was a National day? I didn't! But what a fun way to reflect on all the blessings, laughs, joy, and even stress that comes with this incredible job! Here are just a few sweet moments captured by some incredible wedding photographers over the last few years!
Mckayla's wedding day at potomacpointwinery was one of my favorites to design this year. She asked for soft fall colors with a Tuscany Villa vibe, which was so beautiful. The colors she chose complimented every other aspect of the day flawlessly! But creating this arch was a highlight for me! Being attacked by ladybugs and crazy Oct. heat wave certainly made it a tad more difficult. π€ͺπβοΈ But not impossible! I am so thrilled with how it looked for her beautiful ceremony. More pictures to come!!

Congratulations to the DeMunbruns!
This wedding was my last of 2023 and one of the most dear because my cousin was the groom, Patrick and immediately fell in love with his bride Nisha! I even got a beautiful picture of my mom and dad dancingπ.
I was ENCHANTED by so many aspects of this Indian wedding. The colors of the attire and, of course, the sparkle were for sure on the top of my list. The baraat was my favorite of all the traditions and ceremonies. But each ceremony was pretty incredible, marking a welcoming and a coming together of two families. It was such a celebration of a couple starting this new life together. I hope I get to experience it all again one day!!

Happy Thanksgiving!! I'm so thankful for all of your support for my business and especially to those couples who have chosen me to be a part of the most important day of their lives. May your hearts and your bellies be full today and throughout this holiday season!
I got to coordinate my first Indian wedding. What an incredible experience! The groom is also my cousin which made the entire weekend that much more special for me and my team. The colors, the traditions, the music, the contagious joy from family and friends all of it translated into a fabulous weekend.
This fall has already brought some of the SWEETEST couples and most fun and creative florals I've done in a while!! The colors, the styles, the flowers, and most importantly THE LOVE. I'm falling more in love with what I do as I get to know each couple and watch them start their lives together. I'm overwhelmingly thankful.
Fall will always be my favorite!

Now listen....I promise I DON'T have favorites. But IF I did. These colors, this venue, these vendors, these people..... πππ©·.
Designing this wedding was a dream!! This bride had vision and creativity that was exquisite and never ended. She didn't need my help, I was just along for the ride! π
There was a torrential rainstorm, then there was sun, then torrential downpour again. But you just couldn't wipe the smile off yhe faces of the bride, groom, or their family and friends. It was a glorious day that reminded us all just what was most important.

The boy who first made me a mom married his first and only love two days ago. What a beautiful venue, and despite the rain, it turned out to be a beautiful day. I loved getting to decorate and design the florals for this wedding. I got to pray for their future as I placed each flower (as I do for all my weddings). But this one just hit differentπ
. These are the days you'll never forget. It's a day that marks the beginning of something sacred, amazing, and flat-out life changing. The fact that I get to play a part in these days for any couple, but especially this couple, is a blessing I hope I never take for granted.

Some tips to remember about your wedding day:
πIt's all about the two of you. Stay together as much as you can after you've said I do. It doesn't get more simple than that.
πFind a spot away from the crowd, and look at all those people you've carefully selected to share the most important day of your life with. Take a few moments to be thankful for all of them and the time they've invested to celebrate you.
πDo your best to take it all in. To soak up all the special moments of your day together so you can remember them in the days, weeks, months, and years to come.
And of course, invest in a good planner/coordinator who can assure that you have the time to enjoy this day completely. β€οΈ

When it comes to celebrating a wedding, no detail should be overlooked, especially when it comes to the perfect table centerpiece. There are so many ways to create beautiful and stylish table centerpieces - from traditional to modern, from minimalistic to grand, and from simplistic to highly creative.
One of the most popular options for wedding table centerpieces, is fresh floral arrangements. Whether you choose to fill your centerpieces with lush pastel blooms, bright tropical foliage, or both, a vibrant arrangement of seasonal flowers is sure to make your guests feel welcome and your tables look inviting. Or you could opt for an assortment of plants, or garlands of greenery for a simpler more neutral style.
Candles are also a wonderful way to add a warm, romantic ambiance to your tables. Or if you and your partner have a shared hobby, why not incorporate it into your tabletop decorations?
No matter what type of table centerpiece you choose, it should reflect your own unique style, as well as harmonize with the rest of your wedding decorations. With the help of some creativity, careful planning, and meππ! Youβre sure to create beautiful and memorable table centerpieces for the most special day of your life!
Planning and decorating for your daughter's wedding is a whole new experience that I'm very thankful I'll only have to do onceπ
. But also cherished every moment of it. β€οΈ
I created her bouquet through tears- my mind flooded with memories from her childhood.
I enlisted help from some of the most talented floral designers I know to create literal masterpieces. They brought life to my ideas, and I am so blessed to work with some of the best! .wyl
A beautiful day I will never forget! A new year, brings one more wedding close to my heart- my oldest son.
But, I can't wait for all the weddings in 2023!!

I am starting to book up for 2023...so excited! I take a limited amount of weddings each month, so if you have been wanting to reach out, let's chat soon!

Outdoor weddings are so beautiful and part of the reason why May and October are the busiest months of the year for weddings! Not only is the weather gorgeous in those months, but the seasonal foliage provides some of the most breathtaking wedding backdropsπππΈπ³.
But, please make sure you are just as happy with your venue's back-up plan for inclememnt weather! If your venue doesn't have an adequate plan, think long and hard before committing!

My favorite thing to design is a floral arch! The bigger and more elaborate the better as far as I'm concerned.
Although my advice to my brides who love an elaborate flower arch is to make sure it is something that can be moved somewhere in your reception. It would be such a waste to spend the money and the effort on something that beautiful that will only be enjoyed for those few moments during your ceremony.
Bring it into the reception area as a backdrop for a sweetheart table, a photo booth, or some other type of focal point. Most venue's (and coordinators! π) should be able to help move it safely from one place to another. Talk to your florist to see how that can be done for your big day!

My favorite part of my weddings is this right here. Getting the bride down the aisle to her groom. I can't stop smiling! I am so thankful for every couple that allows me to help orchestrate this special day. This couple in particular came with the sweetest most helpful group of family and friends! What a perfect couple of days. And can we just talk about this venue for a moment!?! ππ
I recently posted about how thankful I have been for all the support and encouragement from friends and family over these last few months as I've started this business! There really is so much joy in doing something that you love.
I have been thinking a lot recently about one friend in particular who I am no longer able to thank in person. Maria Foster asked me last year to help coordinate and plan her daughter Lydia's wedding. I jumped at the opportunity to help this sweet family. Every step of the process was met with some of the sweetest words of affirmation I have ever received.
Up until this point I was taking on weddings as a "hobby" or a side job. I can distinctly remember Maria inviting me to her home, sitting me on her couch, and encouraging me to start a business in wedding coordination by telling me how much I had helped her and her daughter. Every bit of that conversation will stay with me. Her words were the catalyst that boosted me into this new adventure! Now, one year after this beautiful ceremony, I am not only reminded of the beauty of this couple, but of the love this family showed me.
Oh how I wish she were here so I could tell her once again just how much those few conversations changed the course of my life. I know I'll see her again one day, and I pray that I can be a "Maria" to the people the Lord brings into my life until that day.
Work everyday to encourage each other and build one another up. You have no idea how it might change someone's life! Let's all be a little more like Maria!
