An initiative by Egypt Tech Enthusiasts with the following goals:
(1) 10X better technology that we create and maintain,
(2) 10X more job opportunities,
(3) 10X more successful tech startups and
(4) 10X more impact on the society and the country.
It was very fruitful conversation last week with Mehra Mamdouh, Mohamed Ibrahim and Ahmed El-Sharkasy where they talked about the topic of initiating a startup culture, the role of founders, the importance of hiring a strong initial seed and more details about the culture of Rubikal.

As founders and startups people, we realised that all of us should play an active role in supporting each other and sharing the learning we accumulate from both success and failures.
The voices of wisdom and deep knowledge in our tech ecosystem are becoming extremely rare, and that's probably because those voices have more bias towards action and getting things done rather than talking.
We have realised that as much as we execute and take actions, we have a responsibility (not just social ones) to support and open up more for the whole ecosystem to develop.
We are starting our initiative with the topic of “Fighting back the talent gap in Egypt”
