"While looking for a company to replace my bath with a shower, I came across Heron Contracting Ltd. Their reviews were outstanding, so I contacted them for a quote. From the first encounter on the phone, each person I spoke to was helpful and friendly. An engineer came out promptly to provide the quote, which was very competitive and I decided to go ahead. It was the best decision I have made in a long time.
I now have a beautiful walk-in shower which is exactly what I asked for and I asked them to replace my outdated immersion tank with a modern water heater as an additional job. At all times, people came when they said they would and left the house tidy each evening. Everyone took care to fulfil exactly what I wanted and to present the job as well as possible, even purchasing a strip of quality sapele wood to finish the shower edge so that I wouldn’t have to replace the existing flooring. My being absent during much of the work was no problem, as I was kept up to date with photos and phone calls.
I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome and will certainly be going back to Heron Contacting Ltd in the future."
