Some I'm hard on myself for not following the ever-so-strict entrepreneur side of social media. I have to remember that 1. I'm chronically ill and fighting for my life and wellbeing every single day 2. A lot of the stuff they preach about isn't sustainable long-term. They don't talk about rest enough. If you follow what they say step by step without carving out time for yourself, resting, and self care - you WILL burn out. You WILL make yourself sick. They say things like work a 9-5 then spend half the night working on a side hustle just to wake up early and do it all over again. I promise you that lack of sleep will make you physically ill. I'm on Prednisone right now which means I can be up for literal days or only get 3-4 hours of sleep in 2 days and it makes me violently ill. Don't do that to yourself please š

Its been a rough month. Sometimes I struggle with this too and end up leaving my own crown somewhere. Today I took a self care day, and grabbed my crown to put on. I finally felt like Brian again - and it feels so good. What are some things you do to help make yourself feel better?
