This is an apology to everyone who's been waiting, supporting, and giving me opportunities. There are some issues I am trying to work on in the business but until then, I am afraid that the schedule will be very slow.

First, I want to say thank you. This year isn't quite the same as last year. Not only are the old customers from last year willing to have us at their service once again, we are also being recommended and introduced in the community. I am grateful for your support and kindness.

This year isn't quite the same as last year. The partner I work with is not as available as he used to be because he is helping his family in a different field now. I can't blame him because the work I provide isn't consistent, but I try to make it worth it by splitting the income quite evenly. I pay him this way in hopes that he would be motivated to spend his weekends to work with me, but it is not as easy as I imagined.

The company I work for is short of staff so I am on call every other week and there is a great chance that I will be scheduled on weekends, not to mention the occasional OT during weekdays. This makes scheduling almost impossible.
I've tried to work with someone who does installation since it is needed in some cases. We've been inspecting and assessing but I had actually only seen their work done at my house before I recommended them, so it didn't really work out and probably upset some of you. I am really sorry about this.

Admittedly, there is a bump coming but I didn't see nor get ready for it. I rely a bit too much on a good working partner, but they are hard to find. There is not enough time or men for me to schedule any work which is piling up so I got overwhelmed and became reluctant. The purpose and idea I had when I started this side business was to avoid the foreign community being scammed, and I'd like to help prevent that as much as I can. Some of you might not think so, but my partner always complains about me undercharging prices which to me is already enough.

Thank you for reading this. It should be a formal apology to you but it turns out to be a complaint post for myself. For now, I'll try to figure out what the best solution is as soon as possible and at the same time, I would still take some work that I can do by myself. I am very sorry for all the inconveniences.
