When facing a challenges or difficult situations, like a literal storm, the collective effort of a group can significantly increase the resilience. In return allows people to overcome obstacles and achieve better outcomes compared to working alone. It also emphasizes that strength is found in collaboration, shared responsibility, and utilizing individual strengths to navigate through adversity.

The difference between being mean and being a bully: If they didn't mean to hurt someone's feelings, they were being rude, not mean. If they were intending to hurt someone's feelings, but this was the first time they have done so to the person, then they are being mean.
