Hi all! An official welcome and Introduction to me! I am Jessie, the face behind Irma Wellness. Myself and Irma Wellness are an Adelaide based Massage Therapy oasis. A safe place for you to relax, explore and discover the benefits of massage and the joy of slowing down.
Originally from the North Eastern Suburbs of South Australia, I have spent the last 2 years living in sunny Queensland. This is where I was first exposed to massage, from a therapists point of view. It was here that I completed my certificate IV in Massage Therapies and developed a passion and drive for healing through touch.
Through a mix of Massage Modalities, my aim is to create personalised care for each of my clients, and assist you in reaching your health and wellness goals. Irma is a dream of my mine and providing clients with the gift of massage fulfils my value and purpose of service and connection.

Water is the bodies medicine 💧It is essential for maintaining optimal health and well-being. Water makes up a significant portion of our body and is involved in many vital functions. Drinking enough water can help prevent dehydration, which can cause fatigue, headaches, and decreased cognitive function.
Some benefits of Water include regulating body temperature, transporting nutrients and oxygen to cells, and removing waste products from the body. It also lubricates joints, cushions organs, and helps to maintain healthy skin.
It's important to note that individual water needs can vary based on factors such as age, activity level, and climate. As a general rule, it is recommended to drink at least eight cups of water per day, but this may need to be adjusted based on individual needs.
