tip: this was going to be a bad review - rightfully so‼️ The cleaning wasn’t satisfactory, the ac wasn’t cooling, and the (now former) cleaner didn’t show up to re-clean while they were at the beach, as she said she would. Absolutely unacceptable… so how do you save a review?
1. Step into it, don’t avoid it. Own the mistake apologetically, and ask the guest how you can make it right.
2. Follow thru on making it right. Nothing makes it worse than an empty promise.
3. Go above and beyond what they ask. It’ll forever stand out in their minds as “that airbnb experience when ….. “ while also saving the review and turning it into a well thought out review .. come back to see if that’s really the result after they checkout.
Walmart Plus allows us to get things needed, to our guests, as fast as possible, without the cost of taskrabbit or Instacart fees. It also allows our guests to preorder their groceries and have them staged and ready for guests when they arrive, vs using their vacation time to shop.
