I rolled beads around in this little frame, to see what I could come up with finished the black portions then I’ve decided to finish the white. Just another page in my book!
All electric cars right?! how many cars will stall out sitting there like that? There are places worse than LA I guess although Austin is really bad now.
50 Lane Traffic Jam - China
So how is it I can post here, but I still can't post on my previous IG page of the same name?! Is Meta any better? Do they actually have customer service? Because I've spent hours on this!!
I always the worst one to color outside the lines LOL😝 I discovered I could do this in Procreate last night, kind of fun!
come see my show this weekend look at my past few posts and see what’s in store if you do… Austin Texas Imagine Art.
This is what I will be showing this weekend throughout the large building that is Imagine Art in Austin Texas address below. Hope you can come and see me!
Procreate pare idol is
Working on infrastructure for —if not Saturday/Sunday show perhaps for future shows continued…
It’s so I can be productive while I listen to the hearings going on every day all day and by the time they’re done maybe I’ll be done too with my tree wrapping!
This reminds me of my very first job working in a factory Ford/Chrysler factory in our small town, wrapping wiring, despite it being a hot factory and monotonous hours I kind of enjoyed the proficiency of being able to wrap so quickly! And it was much better than the alternative of doing the actual wiring because I know one lady in the factory when I worked there that got a wiring terminal in her eye as she tried to hurriedly separate the tangles of wire trying to keep up with the assembly line!
The few times I did the wiring I got it tangled in my long hair and pulled it —so I hated doing wiring & I always wanted to wrap the wire cablesinstead!
I spent every year in high school Summers working full-time to pay for my high school tuition and then I spent a full year of drudgery after high school until age 19 before I went off and to bravely join the FBI in Washington DC!
I had never been in the city, never wrote a public bus, never wrote a check or lived on my own, never cooked, never had to find my way around a city, balance a budget or anything!
I was a very shy country girl going on my first flight the day I flew off to go to the FBI! Suffice it to say I was terrified!
The fear of doing so was balanced against the potential of continued monotony of factory work! every day that I hated it there I tried to get up my nerve to take the opportunity to get flown to Washington DC for free and join the FBI.
Oddly Both jobs were similar in production however, typing as fast as I could all day long for a year then moving on to work for the national Association of realtors in Washington DC!
Watching the hearings entertaining myself and being productive as always!!!
It feels so good to have rest after a long show weekend! I’m happy with the people I met and the time spent with other artists!
minus the one that sold that I showed earlier -these are ceramics currently on display that will be shown again next weekend if you care to come bye Imagine Art Austin Texas 11am to 6 pm Saturday and Sunday!
this can be found on the piano in the back room. @ Austin, Texas
Something different! It’s so nice to relax after all the time at the show… Thought I do a little Procreate play around with some color but glad to put feet up and relax!
I thought I would introduce my rocker lady!
A few of so many of my ceramics: weird chapters (meant to make you smile!), ceramic-box characters I call my “head-cases”, lots that function as incense burners & carved objects.
I can’t display these at my home in this way so I thought I should share this view because I feel like the shadows these paintings cast is part of what might make them interesting.
I would love to have a showing in a major gallery so please contact me if one of you happens to see this!
There are four large versions of these now showing and will be taken down today from the Austin Capitol rotunda.
these are currently showing at Imagine Art at 2830 Real St., Austin, TX today 11 to 6 open tomorrow and next weekend as well! Hope to see you come by and say hi! @ Imagine Art
I can’t show them this way at home so even though you seem maybe saw all of this before I just thought I would show them in a gallery scene. Just so you can see the effect of the light shining through the canvases, because I think that is an asset to my doing them this way. They are hung with fishing line. @ Imagine Art

Stop by if you can! The AmeriCorps workers did a great job on the show!!!
All set up! I have paintings in 3 places, all of this shown in the store, a wall of carved ceramic bowls, a glass case of ceramic characters and ‘head cases’ and a wall of free-hanging see through cut work canvases- so an actual grouping of hundreds of pieces this time. @ Imagine Art
