Saturday, February 10 ✍️ enjoy a behind the scenes look at what makes our pasta so different with Pasta 101 at 5 pm with our Chef and owner Raffaele Patrizi

High tunnel #3 is finished and in production! Lindsey and I started taking this tunnel down to save it from the scrap yard in the fall of last year.

Taking this tunnel down was one of the first projects Lindsey helped us with when she joined the Garden Window team, and I’m glad she got to see the whole process from start to finish. Feels good to bring it back to life!

All of our high tunnels are unheated so cool season crops can still get a little frosty to sweeten them up. This “new to us” tunnel will help us expand our year round produce offerings!

We have some exciting things planned this year so keep your eye out for some announcements soon! 👀
