There's a magic in the air when good people come together, and we're forever grateful for these moments with you. Thanks to everyone who made the parade so special - the thousands who cheered along State Street, tireless volunteers, generous sponsors, those watching on ABC 7 Chicago, and the great friends and colleagues who rode the float of our founder and parade chairman, Sergio Serritella. There's a magic in the air when good people come together, and we'll be forever grateful for these moments with you.

Our founder Sergio Serritella is honored to serve as Chairman of Chicago’s 71st Columbus Day parade - join us, people of many cultural backgrounds, & Italian dignitaries to celebrate resilience and innovation 12 p.m. Monday, Oct. 9 on State Street. A building collapse killed 3 and catastrophically injured several others in Davenport, Iowa. Last week we stood in front of the rubble in solidarity with the families to announce a lawsuit to fight for justice. They're in great hands with attorneys Andrew Stroth and Steven Hart from Hart McLaughlin & Eldridge, LLC, and we're honored to lead the investigation. Have any tips or info? We took custody of a federal prisoner so that he could attend his mother's funeral. In moments like these it's clear that we all share core experiences of love and loss. These things make us human, regardless of our ancestry, age, or political beliefs. Be kind to each other.

Iñaki's Family invites you to say farewell to Iñaki either in person or virtually via livestream tomorrow, Wednesday, Nov. 10. His wake begins at 3 p.m., and his mass begins at 7 p.m. CST at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Glenview at 1775 Grove St.
