Hi everyone,
I hope you all had a good week 🙂
Many of you expressed your interest by filling out your availabilities with the online form.
In terms of class times & styles, I’m aware my current schedule may suit some more than others.
You will find the updated schedule pinned on top of the page 🙂 it’s always there and updated for your reference if you want to check it
My goal is to offer times and styles that work better for you guys so that we have enough attendance to be able to offer this opportunity ongoing locally 🙂
I have tweaked and condensed the schedule to reflect most popular class times and styles at the moment. And also added a new sound healing class 🙂
Hopefully it works for most of you guys.
Please do let me know if there is a specific time/class that you’d like to see (re) open or be created. I will take note of everyone’s requests and open a class or re do a survey if many of you show similar interest 🙂

Hey everyone! very keen to see your faces as we start the classes again tomorrow 😃
Just wanted to give you a heads up:
- in a week or so, I’ll be reducing the schedule to focus on the most popular classes.
If you haven’t had a chance to come to class yet, now is a good time to try so that your favorite class may be accounted for. Feel free to ask if you have any questions
- Friday 6 “RELAX” 9:30 will be exceptionally cancelled (for this week only). I will post a reminder on the page on Thursday 🙂 all other classes will run as normal
