I'm sure a few people will agree that this mine cart has to be one of the best looking in a UK.

Sitting there in the still water frozen in time still loaded with its final load ready to roll down the track, it's eerie to see a cart like this so well preserved, normally the only carts that are left are damaged and left because they were inoperable.

The Wreathier was a schooner rigged steamship on route across the Channel to Rouen with a cargo of coal, when she was spotted by German submarine UB-35. She was torpedoed on 3rd December 1917, and sank within 10 minutes with 3 lives lost.

UB-35 sank a total of 49,002t of shipping, including the Skaala which was sunk 28 days later in almost the same location. On this patrol, UB-35 had freed herself from nets in the Dover straights, encountered a Q-ship, sunk 7 ships, and taken on board survivors of a Brixham trawler, who were actually on board for the sinking of the Wreathier. The boat was eventually sunk by HMS Leven 55 days after the Wreathier, while attempting to run the Dover Barrage, with full loss of life.

Wrecks are beautiful pieces of history, stuck in time, telling stories of incomprehensible times

Over 100 years on the seabed and you can still read the German instructions on this gun breach, "offnen" which is to open.

The first two photos are taken on the SMS Karlsruhe (a light cruiser) of the forward 5.9 inch gun breach and broken up turbine.

Photo 3 is taken on the SMS Markgraf, a 146m beast of a König class battleship. The portholes to the officers' accomodation still have the glass in place! 🤯

Who likes diving in pitch black water?🙋‍♀️
The water in this area is often very dark, even in the middle of the day (when these photos were taken), but it's a nice dark! There are so many enormous ship wrecks lurking in the black water, it is so atmospheric☯

This is the wreck of the Greenock, a steam driven bucket dredger who spent her whole life working in the Clyde. She wrecked in 1902 after colliding with another ship, which cut open her starboard bow. In the photos you can see the buckets which were used for dredging, as well as her bow.

Today I thought I would step things up a notch, with this raunchy shot of the sexiest stern I have ever seen 😍

The SS Hispania was a Swedish cargo ship, and now lies in 30m of water in the Sound of Mull after hitting a rock (Sgeir More) in 1954.

Swimming under her overhung stern and admiring the colourful life now growing on her is a goosebump experience to say the least.....what a nice ass 🔥🥵
