This retreat is 3 days (plus two bonus-shenanigan gatherings) of feelings, intention setting, roadmapping…and RELAXING. Seriously, there is scheduled time to do whatever 👏🏻 you 👏🏻 damn 👏🏻 well 👏🏻 please. It isn’t just encouraged, it’s lowkey mandatory.

Cortnie reporting in from Santa Rosa Beach, FL! This has been a work-trip (for , naturally) but I gave myself one extra day to relax! And what am I doing? Working from paradise 🥲 Deadlines don’t pause just because the ocean is steps away!
(But if you think I’m not going to enjoy a beachy sunset with a margarita in hand…you must be new here.)
I’d love to host some tropical work-cations…a group of badass ladies working in the morning and lounging together in the afternoons…who’s down?!

I had the absolute honor of speaking at Thrive Texas event today and I’m just enamored by how kind and welcoming everyone was.
My face hurts from smiling and laughing.
My feet hurt from a morning in heels (and I’m so grateful no one was rude about me going barefoot!).
I’m exhausted and happy and so, SO ready to help another batch of florists work on their websites tomorrow.

I launched this crazy business last year, during a pandemic (and therefore have only known this business during a pandemic)…full of hope and drive to empower business owners to have an online presence that matches the true badassery of their souls.
Owning a business at any size is HARD WORK. While I like to believe my work exists to take one more thing off your plate (or at least organize it), I want to recognize YOU and YOUR confetti-ness.
