Today marked a very important stage towards the economic liberation of Majengo/Mwembe Tayari word as i was cleared by the IEBC. The journey has now officially begun. I was accompanied by Ashur Baadel( proposer), Ahmed Abdul who is disabled (seconder). The two were in the ballot during nomination. This is an indication that my leadership will be inclusive. As an ardent and staunch believer in the bottom up economic model i was also accompanied by mama mboga, mama omena,tuk tuk operators, boda bodas and small and medium enterprises. Let us make a wise decision and liberate Majengo/Mwembe tayari ward.
