Thank God, this Hika Blend worked for me today.

I woke up with my chest wheezing. Niready ko na agad yung ventolin inhaler ko 😖

But then, I tried this blend first, sabi sa sarili ko, try ko muna to kase kaya ko pa naman mahina palang ung wheezing parang magstart palang yung ashtma ko.

I made this blend (wala akong reference sa dami ng drops. I just know ung mga oils na good for the lungs and I know na hinde naman ako ma-ooverdoze)

5ML Roller Bottle

10 RC
7 Oregano
7 Raven
7 Peppermint
7 Eucalyptus

Then sunflower oil ung carier oil ko

Naglagay muna ko ng 1 drop ng RC at Raven sa palad ko, rubbed my hands tapos nag-inhale muna ko sa hands ko.

Then, I use my hika blend. Minasage ko sa chest area ko. Then konti sa nose para naaamoy ko sya.

Hoping and praying na mawala ung wheezing kase if not, I don’t have a choice but to use my ventolin 😰

Thank God, after and hour or so nawala naman parang nakalimutan ko na nga na hinihika ako kaya hinde ko namonitor kung anong oras nawala ung wheezing 😝 Back to normal na ang paghinga at nakapag linis na din ng bahay 👌

Thanks be to God, I know these oils are His gifts to mankind ❤️
