CHIEF EDUCATION OFFICER SRINAGAR CONDUCTS SURPRISE INSPECTION OF SEVERAL SCHOOLS
Thursday, 25 MAY: Chief Education Officer Srinagar continued surprise inspection of various schools in Srinagar. With a focus on ensuring the quality of education and overall school administration, the Chief Education Officer aimed to identify any issues and provide necessary guidance and support to the educational institutions.CEO Srinagar was accompanied by Ms.Anjum Raja Deputy CEO Srinagar.

Inspected Schools included GHSS GG Mohalla,MPML Higher Secondary School,SP Higher Secondary School ,GHS Kalashpora,BMS QD Pora,GMS Babapora and GMS Munuwarabad,
covering different levels of education from primary to higher secondary.

The Chief Education officer Srinagar visit involved observing classrooms, reviewing academic materials, interacting with teachers and students, examining administrative records, and assessing the overall learning environment.

During inspection of the Middle Schools CEO Srinagar stressed that teachers must recognize that students have different learning styles, abilities, and interests. Differentiate instructions by incorporating a variety of teaching strategies, materials, and assessment methods to meet individual needs. This approach ensures that students are challenged and supported at their appropriate levels.

He said the skills, knowledge, and experiences gained in middle school lay the foundation for success in high school and thus our students must be well versed in all the subjects . He also discussed various Pedagogical methods which will help in achieving this.

During the inspection of Higher Secondary School CEO Srinagar was satisfied with the performance of the students.He congratulated Principals and staff for maintaining and enhancing the quality of education, implementing innovative teaching practices, and creating a conducive learning environment.

CEO Srinagar and Deputy CEO Srinagar had the opportunity to watch a short film prepared by teachers from SP Higher Secondary School with the goal of enhancing learning in mathematics and English.

CEO Srinagar said it is encouraging to see educators and school administrators actively exploring innovative teaching methods to enhance education. Short films provide a unique opportunity to make learning more interactive, memorable, and enjoyable for students.

Deputy CEO Srinagar appreciated the efforts of SP Higher Secondary School.She said Short films can be a valuable educational tool as they can engage students and present information in a visually appealing and interactive manner.
Using short films to teach subjects like mathematics and English we can make the learning experience more enjoyable and immersive. Visual aids, storytelling, and real-life examples can be effectively incorporated into short films to help students understand complex concepts and improve their comprehension skills.
