Our kibble goes through a cooking process known as extrusion. Our kibble is cooked at a controlled temperature (minimum of 200°) which is the scientifically validated micro kill step (the industry standard) to eliminate any pathogens. All of our nutrition products are compliant with The Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO) standards.You can find our AAFCO statement on the back of our food packages as well as on our website, stating that our recipes are formulated to meet the nutrient levels established by the AAFCO Dog Food or Cat Food Nutrient Profiles.
