As a veteran on disability income I know people have harassing me stolen food from my apartment.
When washing my clothes by hand urine is flushed out, changing the water color. It even smells sometimes....

I'm a scapegoat for abuse and I know it.....

Honestly I James Davidson have stepped up for the local community police to do forensic art, sketches of bad guys whilst interview the victim.... Concurrently I endeavor to do Art for tourism while a veteran on disability income.
Effort is being made and as usual things are being said in the media that is positive.

Each with an agreed topic writing how you feel unburden yourselves, then exchange journals.
Read what your partner wrote and reply...... Then repeat.

You will feel better as a couple if you never talk, but work through things in writing which makes you think before reacting.

During the summer people drink a cool glass of water to quench their thirst.
After some research even for diabetics for women and men 3-5 litres of water is safe in a day sipping away.
Gross amount of water that is unsafe causes a medical problem called hyponatria ( I hope I spelled it right) so be careful okay ... I myself take metphorman as a type two. Diabetic and wanted people to be aware.

I'll admit I like a glass of chilly water, to sip whilst relaxing...
