We're finally coming back... yeah, lotta false starts pre-pandemic, then the fu***ng pandemic, the scramble to survive financially since the world had to stall and corporations continued to bend the world over without any l**e... anyway. We're gonna be back in August, probably. Maybe July, maybe September. Hope you're looking forward it to as much as I am; probably have a new .com, not sure yet. Also, go check Howlin' Mad Mike's Horror Show here on Facebook, on Instagram, and Youtube; it's coming August 23 on YouTube, I'm the host and EP; cool things are coming in Tastes Like Rock Magazine, Howlin' Mad Mike's Horror Show, and Tastes Like Rock Radio is still an eventuality (hopefully 2025).

Announcement time! This one is a little out of the norm for Tastes Like Rock, and for once has nothing to do with music... coming later this year Tastes Like Rock Magazine and Tastes Like Rock Radio will be acting as a sponsors/producers of a YouTube based show! Aiming for a late August release of the first episode, Tastes Like Rock is proud to be a part of Howlin' Mad Mike's Horror Show! Yes, our publisher/editor/station manager, Michael Meade is Howlin' Mad Mike, so TLR as a whole is not being given much of a choice but to be a part of this new craziness Mike is trying out. Give the show page a follow to keep up to date if you're interested; the show will show horror movies on a biweekly schedule, classics and B-grade schlock for the ages. TLR will be returning to our regular programming soon, while there be updates here and there about the horror show here, it won't be often in fact since the horror show is not under the Tastes Like Rock banner, technically speaking.

Oi! Ready for another show announcement?! Thought so. Coming to Friday nights at 9 PM ET is Punk $ #!+ featuring classic punk from the 70s, hardcore punk from the 80s and early 90s, ska punk, pop punk, post punk, maybe some steampunk and cyberpunk, new wave, dark wave... you get the picture.

Coming to your Saturday nights, Tastes Like Rock Showcase! This hour long show will follow the format of the original version of Tastes Like Rock Radio from 10 years ago, only playing bands and artists that have been reviewed/covered in Tastes Like Rock Magazine over the years. This announcement was supposed to go up last night, but social media never wants to cooperate anymore...

Tastes Like Radio is returning Spring 2022, exact date to be announced soon, but this time it won't just be a show... it's going to be a whole digital radio station! On air 24/7 streaming rock, punk, metal, alternative and more. Over the remainder of March we'll be announcing the shows that will be part of TLR Radio, keep your eyes peeled here and on Tastes Like Rock Magazine (which is also making a full comeback, after the stalled return in 2019, next week) for those announcements.
