Resilience usually comes up in our vocabulary during times of adversity. The Covid-19 pandemic period was one of such times. There had never been a time in history where every single individual in the country was affected in some way or another by something that was a global issue.
There are times in life when it seems like the world around us has changed so much that we no longer recognize it. And there are other times when life would throw us curve balls, and our level of resiliency is what would determine if we sink or swim.
