Today is the first day of my first cycle without my IUD.
I can feel my womb is more receptive to letting the energies flow now that it’s not blocked.
I can feel the subtle shifts happening,
Yet I know there is so much transformation to come.
Im thrilled for this first bleed even with it being crampy, because my womb is starting to cleanse its self.

I had this foreign object inside me since I was 19 ya’ll!!!!!
so many life experiences and sexual experiences during those 11 years!
Even though those experiences have been mentally processed. That little T shaped thing blocked my sacral center & womb space from full releasing it out of my body

🪷 Feeling in connection to the process of a lotus flower as of lately.
Minds a little bit sticky as it makes it way out of the mud,
not yet fully ready to bloom.
I can see the rays of light shining down into the waters.
And can hear the birds singing their songs.
Yet my current petals are not fully ready to open.
They just need a little time, a little patience.
In honor of being more raw, a letting my self being seen even when i feel unripe or not in bloom.
And honoring the unique timing of the process.

Wether that be to facilitate a somatic movement class or a 1-1 space of coaching.
