We have three days to go! Tomorrow is all about the legs, make sure you have time on Saturday to get a big walk in as we will have a mammoth step target, and Sunday is going to be finished off with full body workout and a bit of flexibility.

Day 2 of !

It’s so important to keep active across your day, that is going to really help with keeping your metabolism fired and you burning calories throughout the day. If you are someone like me who has a desk job, I try to give myself a step goal for the week so I can get more movement in on the days I have more time, and make up for those busy days when life takes over.
