Tonga Tim emerges from an educational winter slumber with a rollicking new Rumbullion education event on May 11. This brand new class takes you thorugh the dark passages of prohibition era Florida, where rumrunning and organized crime flourished.

This new rum-soaked learning event not only show us the sparks of prohibition, but how previously law-abiding Americans responded to their spirits being taken away. We will also look at the scars this era left on America after it ended.

Along the way, we will taste three cocktails based on time-tested rums, some of which arose from the scourge of prohibition. You will also get the chance to taste these spirits straight. And we are happy to report that our good friends with Heidelberg Distributing will be there to tell us what makes these spirits so great.
