Please take time to read our rules before joining our live sales!

Must send a message to the page with name, address and preferred payment method before claiming items

BUYING:

To claim an item comment 'sold', 'mine' or 'claimed', item & price. Example: Sold, tumbler cup $20 (This format is very important because of the lag on live shows, saying “that one” doesn’t get you an item as we may have already moved on)

We do not do dibs; item goes to first to say sold/claimed/mine

First to claim the item, gets the item. This is based off who we see first on our screens. Facebook may show your comment first on your phone but that’s just the algorithm, that may not be the case on our side.

Rudeness or arguing about who was first will not be tolerated, you will be kicked out of the live.

Please do not claim items if you are not prepared to pay for them promptly. All invoices must be paid within 24 hours of receipt or will result in a ban.

*Please be certain you want the item before you claim it. We do not allow for putting items back ("go backs").

INVOICING:

All orders are invoiced through PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to receive an invoice link to pay for your items.

Send me your email address via messaging immediately after claiming items (at the end of the show is acceptable). I will not hunt you down, please send me your info promptly.

We invoice at the end of the live show, it can take us a day or so to get them all sent out so please be patient.

Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of receipt unless you have made other arrangements with us prior to the shows. Unpaid invoices will be canceled, your items returned to inventory & you will not be allowed to claim items in future live shows.

SHIPPING:

Depends on the weight on the box, here is a rough estimate of shipping cost

- First Class: bubble mailer/box $4-$6

- Small Box/Padded Envelope $8.50

- Medium Flat Rate Box $14

- Large Flat Rate Box $19

Please allow 3-4 business days for shipping once payment has been made.
I will only ship to the address you verified through Facebook PLEASE CONFIRM your address is correct before I print the label. I am not responsible if your item is delivered to the wrong address due to failure to confirm your shipping address
