The replacement controller you sent me was configured to have miles as units, and not kilometers. This is the same issue I experienced with the original controller.

I'm not sure if you can wrap your head around this, but e-bikes, by law, have a requirement that limits their speed to 32 kms/hr. Biktrix advertises e-bikes for sale. By sending me this part with this configuration, twice no less, you have, in essence, sold me something that is not legally an e-bike. And since 32 miles per hour (the maximum speed of the bike is by the units) translates to 51.2 kms per hour, I am now in possession of something that would have probably resulted in damage to the bike's electronics, but more likely physical harm to myself and/or others.

It really sucks that your claims of safety and quality assurance are total and complete bu****it. You assured me that the replacement parts you sent would be tested, so am I to assume that you deliberately sent me this, or that you're consistently negligent?

If you're planning on advising me to change the units setting, I am not really sure I should keep cleaning up your f**kups for free. Also, it's technically evidence.

If you're wondering why someone would call a bike Challenger, maybe it's because having one is a fu***ng disaster.

I've had mine for a few months, and it is buggy as s**t. The frame is welded on crooked, the pedals are at an angle, and it throws off the POS's balance. Biktrix, just for fun, sends you a badly constructed and assembled collection of sub standard parts, then backs away from its warranty.

Even worse, they do things to the controller, like use miles instead of kilometers, so don't be surprised if the 32 you see on your spedometer doesn't mean what you think it should. It runs at a constant 25 amps (bzzt!) and their support staff can't answer questions about how the battery life indicator doesn't conform to a reasonable standard.

There's more, but I just wanted to park this page. More details soon.
