Unresolved conflict comes home with us, and given today's world it's more important than ever to prioritize conflict resolution when tensions arise. Does your organization offer consistent conflict resolution training/practice? π±
We are honored to welcome some amazing new clients this summer! π± Please join us in appreciating The Maria Fund based in Puerto Rico:
The MarΓa Fund was created on September 2017 by the Center for Popular Democracy in partnership with Puerto Rican organizations Taller Salud and G8/Proyecto ENLACE to support frontline efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane MarΓa. Recognizing that vulnerable communities are hit the hardest by climate disasters and are far too often left underserved by relief agencies, the MarΓa Fund was conceived to move resources to grassroots initiatives and community organizations that are part of an infrastructure that has the capacity to fulfill needs over the short and long-term.
The Semilla Strategies team looks forward to ensuring that your endeavors are a success π±
Does your workplace have any protocols around conflict resolution? The University of Manchester suggests that conflict resolution practices within an organization have long-term effects on the overall mental health of the entire organization. Mismanaged conflict resolution affects us more than we realize, and it takes assessing your previous experiences with work conflict to better invest in restorative practices π±
