Here’s the detailed recipe ⬇️🦞 ⚠️ Fair warning ⚠️ this plate is addictive Ingredients: Cleaned + Sliced lobster tailed of lobster 2 red bell peppers 1 large white onion 1/2 a lemon 1 tablespoon of salt 2 bay leaves 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon of sugar black pepper to taste 4 oz. of pimiento 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil 1/2 cup of parsley 10 cloves of garlic 16 oz. of tomato sauce (2 small cans of tomato sauce) 1/2 cup of wine or vino seco (no sweet wine) 🦞Optional - 1/2 cup of Brandy🦞 Prep - Make sure you clean 💩 and slice your lobster tails before starting Dice up your onion, garlic, peppers + lemon Directions 👇 - Coat your pan with olive oil - Toss in those tails once your oil is hot (you don’t want to cook them all the way, just enough to get some color!) - Take out your tails, set aside - Throw in your veggies (or sofrito) onion & peppers, & bay leaves (everything BUT the garlic it’ll burn if you cook it as long as the onion) - After a few minutes toss in the garlic - Once you’ve got that heavenly aroma from the sofrito, drop in your tomato sauce 🥫 - Give it a min, and toss in your ketchup and sugar (just do it I swear, sounds crazy but I don’t make the rules 😋) - Next is worchestire sauce - Pimiento’s - Next is your white wine (or vino seco) NOT a sweet wine!! - Throw your tails back in the pot with the sauce - Cook for another 10/15 mins - This is when you can add a shot of Brandy - Also add your hot sauce of choice - The very last few minutes throw in your shrimp til cooked Sprinkle some yellow lemon on there and enjoy your plate with white rice & tostones 🍚 #recipe #foodstagram #lobster #enchilado #cookwithme
