When you visit T&D Farms booth at the , you’ll be greeted by Jarred, who, together with his father Douglas Powell make up one half of T&D farms. Named after business partners Tom Archibald and Douglas Powell, T&D Farms continues a rich family tradition that spans generations. Sadly, Tom Archibald passed away earlier this year, but his legacy lives on through his family, the farm, and their commitment to natural, sustainable agriculture.

Beyond their famous sweet potatoes, T&D Farms offers a bounty of fresh produce including onions, garlic, potatoes, shallots, and even chicken, duck, and goose eggs. Depending on the season, you might also find mixed flowers, blackberries, and more at their booth. Their commitment to natural farming practices ensures that every product you bring home is fresh, flavorful, and sustainably grown. 🍠🧅🧄🥔🥚💐

Say hello to Josh and Nathan, two brothers who transformed their family’s 125-year-old neglected olive orchard in Chico, CA, into an award-winning olive oil business.

Back in 2012, while visiting their retired parents, they discovered the orchard’s fate was uncertain, with talks of bulldozing the trees. Determined to preserve the heritage, they teamed up with an Italian Master Miller and poured their hearts into revitalizing the orchard.

Nestled in the historic town of Cambria, California, Stepladder Ranch & Creamery is not just a business but a continuing legacy. Founded in 1870, originally as part of the Harmony Valley Creamery Association, Stepladder has evolved from a cattle ranch into a beloved farmstead creamery. Today, they proudly manage a 750-acre property where most of the land serves as free-range grazing for their animals.

At the heart of Stepladder Creamery is their dedicated team of cheese lovers who ensure the quality and freshness of their products through meticulous taste testing and state-of-the-art equipment. Cheese production is a cherished art here, taking place in their century-old barn which houses the milk house, barn, packaging, and cheesemaking areas.

Stepladder raises a herd of 40 registered LaMancha goats—the only breed developed in the United States, known for their distinctive tiny ears. The goats enjoy three acres of lush pasture and oak woodlands, protected by their loyal Anatolian Shepherds, Lily and Gus. The creamery produces small batches of cheese using milk directly from their goats and local cows, allowing full control from milking to aging.
