Si wasn’t feeling the greatest yesterday, but today he’s ready to learn about his favorite thing! Dogs. He’s off with our girl Emma (mountain ridge dog Pack ) to learn the tricks of the trade. Oh and Sin to but he’s a MRDP veteran at this point.

The first to hatch! It’s a boy, Silas named it Skull… ya he’s weird. Him and NahNah went to release it and get more Milk week and when they did the second hatched!

Today was a busy day! Si made NahNah a Halloween bracelet for art, did some work with long U sounds and he had two monarchs hatch!

Si learned how to address an envelope, that you have to buy a stamp,Silas and Mom learned both together that stamps are now $.58 as of today I guess 😜, and all about duck stamps!

Silas just did some research for his first Science project!
“The monarch milkweed”
He collected a couple with his dad, on our way home we stopped and looked for some. He gathered a dozen more!
Now he’s on his way get gather some milkweed and maybe some more catipillars !

Silas is building boats out of foil and testing them to see how much weight they can hold.

This week, Silas did some ice fishing, worked at rack n reel, math on his osmo, some hunting / fishing related sentences , worked on kicking a football and hitting the back board of a basketball hoop and well probably had it too easy.
Next weeks goal. Start the bait
 endorsement course that will allow him to legally catch and use his own bait.
More sight words and entry level reading books.
He thinks he had me convinced he could read with the book brown bear brown bear what do you see but he clearly just has it memorized....sh*t head.
