Reminding myself to set more self care for me…while I encourage others to do the same I rarely take my own advice and I’m starting to feel it. Had a raindrop therapy session with .energy.healing and it was amazing! Her space is beautiful and relaxing. The session left me feeling lighter and if you look at the 2nd photo I was about a half inch taller after…what a release of emotional weight from my shoulders.

As we head into the holiday season I encourage you to take time for you! Set appointments for yourself- that can be a bath, reading time, a yoga class, or a massage- whatever you need for your mental/emotional health. You will thank yourself later for it.

I will admit that I do not practice self care enough especially for my hands and I use them the most for work. Today I met with Kim of and loved my manicure treatment. She uses vegan/cruelty free products…they not only make your nails look good but also make them healthy! I highly recommend her for your next mani/pedi…I’ll put her booking link in the comments below.
