2023 was a challenging year for a lot of us, myself included. As women and mothers, most of us tend to put everyone else first, a selfless and admirable quality. But this can often cause an imbalance in our own inner emotional peace. Self sacrifice at the expense one’s clarity doesn’t serve anyone fully and can do more harm than good. If you know me, you’d know that I am a woman that loves to empower other women. That’s why I challenge all of my female counterparts to embrace the year of ME!
