We, Euclid, through the tiring weeks, strived and persevered to bring to life a spectacular performance. A memory that will, from time to time, echo in our minds and hearts.
Behind these curtains, lies the arduous process of re-enacting this well known masterpiece with our limited time and resources. A challenge we expected, and a challenge thus came.
As we venture through this rocky road, at some point weโd separate ways. This disunity made this hurdle the tallest itโs been. Eventually, our disagreements and fights became tears and hugs that made us one again. Due to this turning point, our paths collided once again, more determined and united than ever.
When Maโam Tumbagahan said that itโs the experience that truly matters, she was absolute. This may not have been the smoothest nor the most enjoyable experience, but it has definitely been an eye-opening and a bond tightening one.
We learned many things from this play, one of which being,
Once again, we, Euclid, open the curtains and may you witness this wondrous rendition!

Two shackled souls bound by foolish and ancient disputes, were faithfully aligned to naively star-cross, even if vultures loomed on that saccharine night. ๐ซ
Eagerly awaited, ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ ๐๐ - ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ pours their relentless efforts into re-enacting the well known play, ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐๐จ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ญ. ๐ฅ

HALA BIRA, ILOILO! ๐ญ
An amazing display of the city's history, culture, and loyalty to the Sto is provided by the Dinagyang Festival. Niรฑo (the child Jesus). The festival is well-known throughout the world for its extravagant events, revelry, performances, and dancing.๐๐บ The celebration honors both the advent of the Malay immigrants and the fabled trade of Panay Island with the indigenous Ati people. Every fourth Sunday in January, Iloilo City celebrates dinagyang season, which is capped by an Ati Tribe Competition.
At the birth of humanity there was nothing but darkness but then came fire๐ฅ, earth๐, and water๐งwho became the 3 main elements of the world. 3 elements hold different symbolic meanings, and each tribe worship each. As a trophy of the new beginning, the 3 elements worked together and created Santo Niรฑo, who will become the beacon of light for humanity, a promise that darkness will never befall humanity ever again.
Grade 9 Euclid interprets this story of unity and birth through dance. Dancing with the power of fire, the smoothness of water, and the strength of earth. Euclid embodies the elements to give homage to the birth of the beloved Sto. Niรฑo by having each one of us represent different elements to show harmony and peace.๐ค
