My tree is lit with no ornaments and the storage totes are still in the middle of the room. I have folded laundry on the coffee table that needs to be put away, and just a little bit left to finish in my bathroom that we updated before Thanksgiving. Does anyone else have a hard time finishing things? JEEZ! My goal today is to finish all of my half done tasks.
Hey all! This is my favorite salad lately. Greens, walnuts, apples and blue cheese. Today I added raspberries because I had them. :)What’s your “ go to”?
Goal setting! Personally, if I am not working toward some kind of a goal, I get a little sad. The cold is coming, and we will be distancing even more. If I don't set some goals and keep working toward something productive...things will get real low around here.
Here's a helpful hint when setting goals. Choose specific goals that are action focused and not outcome focused.
For example-
"I will workout 4 mornings per week including cardio and resistance training."
instead of
"I will lose 10 pounds"
What is your goal for this next few weeks? Lets set it for 3 weeks, ending on December 8!!
