Today, December 6 2023. We the Science Club, participated in DepEd's 236,000 Trees - A Christmas Gift for the Children, together with the KNHS BERT, Yes-O, SSLG, BSP, school staff and teachers.

We planted trees, as a symbol of hope and prosperity to spread among the children, and for the next generation to have a greener, cleaner, and safer environment!

We hope that this tree planting activity inspires you to plant seeds that will help our environment grow!

Yesterday, November 21, 2023, Kalayaan National High School celebrated its 22nd founding anniversary with the booth festival.

And of course, we wouldn't want to miss out! We, the Science Club, collaborated with the Yes-O Club to create a fun booth, the Siyentipik-O!

There were fun games, namely the SegreGATOR, Bucketball, and Plastic Pin Takedown. There was also a photo booth, with free pictures taken.

These pictures captured the moments of KNHSians having fun, and enjoying the 22nd founding anniversary of our beloved school, Kalayaan National High School.

NASA shared on Friday a photo of Apollo 11 crewmember's footprints to mark the 54th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing. On July 20, 1969, Neil Armstrong became the first human to step on the moon.

"On this day 54 years ago, Apollo 11 crewmembers became the first human beings to set foot on the lunar surface," the space agency said.
