🍝Spaghetti alle vongole aka clam spaghetti 🍝

Clinging onto the summer here with this fresh clam pasta. I am in Sussex this evening and the weather is terrible! A far cry from Friday night's fresh clam pasta, which went down a treat with a nice glass of cold white wine.
It all comes together in 15 minutes, and marries the beautiful sweet clam meat with a white wine and butter sauce, a hint of chilli and lots of peppery parsley. Definitely one to try!
