💯Pushups- Do them in sets of 10-12 with a 30sec break in between each set.
💯Burpees- Focus on the up and down when starting off, incorporate a jump at the end of each rep as you build endurance and stamina.

💯Squats- No weights necessary but adding [2] 10 or 20 pound dumbbells increases intensity.

Who is at Your Table?

Seriously, who is at your table?

Too much time is spent at the table with the wrong person or people.

I've seen it and experienced it. We sit t at the table with these people to pass time, gossip, drown our sorrows or some other weak bu****it.

Do whatever it takes to get at the table with the right people. Have conversations about ideas instead of people, ask questions to which the answers will catapult you, learn to listen to those doing what you want to do, observe and study actions.

I sacrificed to be at the table pictured above. I didn't know anyone before I got there. But, I drove 20+ hours to break bread and converse at this table.

Holy Sh*t....I'm grateful I did!

I sat down at the table and talked business strategy and ideas, I listened to those further along the journey, I became a student!

So...here's the part that's going to either make you smile or p**s you off, I'm fine either way.

If you're sitting at a table still listening to people talk about s**t from years ago, a touchdown, homerun, an ex, record numbers from 3 years ago, their boss of 10 years who they despise....you're doing it all wrong, you're at the wrong table. Believe me!

Sit somewhere different.
Map your goals.
Help others at the table map their goals.
Think BIG.....
LEVEL UP!

Now, look around at your table.
Are the right people surrounding you?

They say you'll work less the older you get.
.
I'm not interested in what "they" say!
.
I'm 42 and find myself working harder than ever...everyday.
Keep in mind, work has multiple different forms:

Mental, Physcial, Spiritual, and Personal to mention a few.
.
1) Mentally- I make sure the learning never stops. I read, I listen, I notice, I study, I control 100% of what goes into my brain.
Ever hear of "Garbage In, Garbage Out"? I live by it!

2) Physcially- I exercise daily. Sometimes it's all cardio. Sometimes it's weight training, sometimes it's both. I need this daily, it also helps with my mental clarity.

3) Spiritually- I'm connected and in-tune. This is different for each of us. But...it doesn't matter if you're spititual journey and relationship is with Jesus, Budda, a rock, an animal, the universe, or somthing else...be connected and allow it to guide you. CONNECT!

4) Personally- I show up everyday as a husband, a man of honor, a brave leader, a son, a numbers producer, and a better version of myself from the day before as a result of the previous 3 bullet points. Some will say this is the hardest, I say it's nonnegotiable.

You see; work isn't by any means an 8-4 or 9-5 obligation.
It's a constant, it's a must!
