Today we said our final goodbye to Dustan Rory Franks. During a private memorial service and Internment of his ashes, we had time to reflect on the amazing memories of a short, but full and memorable life. It was great to share this special time with Uncle Ossie, Aunty Rose, Kella, Guy and Ross together with the Noor family and Ma Manuel. Farewell Dusty, we LOVE ❤️❤️❤️and miss YOU. We have so many amazing memories of our time with you that will last a lifetime 🙏🏻❤️💕🙏🏻❤️💕❤️❤️❤️

Yesterday we said our final goodbyes to an amazing human being. A heart filled with love and forgiveness. On behalf of the Noor Family, Ma Joan, Uncle Ossie, Aunty Rose, Guy, Kelly, Ross, Hudson and Zola we want to express our thanks and appreciation for your love and support during our time of bereavement.
“Religion should unite all hearts and cause wars and disputes to vanish from the face of the earth; it should give birth to spirituality, and bring light and life to every soul. If religion becomes a cause of dislike, hatred and division it would be better to be without it, and to withdraw from such a religion would be a truly religious act. For it is clear that the purpose of a remedy is to cure, but if the remedy only aggravates the complaint, it had better be left alone. Any religion which is not a cause of love and unity is no religion.”

It is with great sadness that we announce and continue to mourn the tragic loss of our dear Dustan Rory Franks, born 30 September 1987.
Dustan passed away on the morning of Saturday 9 January 2021 at the Royal Cape Golf Club. His passing was not COVID related. Due to delays at the mortuary, the results of the autopsy have not been confirmed as yet.
We will use this page to keep you all updated with memorial plans.
