The employer has applied for the revocation of the previous permit for the employment of migratory workers and the changing of employer or jobs before 2021.06.05 but was turned down by the Ministry. The employer applied again on or beyond 2021.06.06, will the Ministry agree to issue the revocation of the permit of employment and the changing of employer or jobs? Who should be responsible for the living of the migratory workers?

✔ ILLEGAL ang mga di-rehistradong AGENT o SUB-AGENT.

⚠ Marami ng nabiktima ang mga agent na ito, na itinakbo o pinatubos ang mga passport ng aplikante, inililipat sa ibang agency, pinepeke ang mga papeles, pinag-memedical kahit na wala pang employer, kontrata, o alok ng trabaho. May ilan na ring minamaltrato, at mga kaso ng human trafficking at prostitusyon.

💡 Ang sinumang may reklamo o impormasyon sa mga illegal recruiter ay maaaring mag-report sa malapit na POEA office o mag-PM dito sa aming PAGE.
